Restaurateur Jacques Capsouto ran his famous Manhattan restaurant for over thirty years. He was the first to list Israeli wines and became an ambassador of Israeli wines in New York. Now he has become a pioneer in Israel too. His vineyard situated near Pekiin in the Western Galilee and he specializes in Rhone varieties and Mediterranean blends, which he considers most suitable for the Israeli terroir. (Kosher.)
