Bazelet-Hagolan Winery

The secret of the charm and high quality of the Bazelt-HaGolan Wines are the basalt soil of the Golan Heights.

In every step of the wine making process, knowledge and professionalism are invested.

Château Golan Winery

Château Golan Winery, located in the southern area of the Golan Heights, opened its doors in the summer of 1999. The vineyards, fully owned by the winery, are planted, not too far from the Château, above the point where the Yarmuk and Roked rivers meet.

The winery is currently constructing a unique château that will cultivate wine and art together in harmony. Elements of art can be found throughout the winery, and each Château Golan product reflects a strong emphasis on aesthetics and art.

Assaf Winery

Assaf Winery holds 12 modern stainless steel tanks and a full state of the art production line.

The wine is aged in French wine barrels and stored in a temperature controlled room.

Since its establishment in 2004, Assaf Winery strives at creating best quality wines by all means.

Golan Heights Winery

The Golan Heights Winery produces premium varietals, proprietary blends and traditional method sparkling wines, marketed under the labels "Yarden", "Gamla" and "Golan".

By combining state-of-the-art technology with traditional vinification techniques, the Winery has succeeded in producing award-winning wines, firmly placing Israel on the international wine map.

Galil Mountain Winery

The Galil Mountain Winery is located in the Upper Galilee next to Kibbutz Yiron, where grapes have been grown since Biblical times.

Ramat HaGolan Winery and Kibbutz Yiron became partners after realizing the potential of the local soil. In 1996 the first vineyards were planted and in 2000 the first harvest was tapped and enjoyed.

The Galil Mountain Winery has six different vineyards that make the wine selection colorful and unique.

Rimon Winery

The Nachmias family’s pomegranate orchard is located on a mountain in Israel’s Upper Galilee on the edges of the pastoral Moshav Kerem Ben Zimra. Here, the family’s specially cultivated pomegranates thrive in the basalt-rich soil that is typical of the region and gives Rimon wines their distinctive characteristic flavor and color.

Their one-of-a-kind orchard benefits from the cool climate of the Upper Galilee, approximately 3000 feet above see level, which supports the ripening process and enhances the superior quality of each pomegranate.

The idea for Rimon Winery began in this family orchard. Father and son Gaby and Avi were inspired to experiment, cultivating a new and improved variety of the ancient crimson fruit.

Their experience with their land, combined with traditional grafting methods, lead them to naturally select a “super fruit” pomegranate that would be richer in vitamins and antioxidants, sweeter, and deeper in color that most other pomegranate types.

Adir Winery

At the heart of the upper Galilee region, along the slopes of Admon Mountain is an inspiriting family winery.

Adir Winery produced high quality wines that are true reflection of the favorable conditions in which their grapes were grown and harvested.

Adir Wines excel in their aroma, taste and body. They are true gift of nature and grown with the love of the earth. The winery produces Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz labels.

Today the winery produces about 10 thousand bottles a year.

Dalton Winery

The Dalton Winery is set in the beautiful green, mountainous country of the Upper Galilee, five kilometers from the Lebanese border, overlooking the Hermon Mountain.

The Winery was established in 1995 when the Haruni family from England came to settle in Israel. Initially the winery was situated in makeshift premises in Moshav Kerem Ben Zimra.

The wine making philosophy is essentially new world fruit driven wines as befits a country with an abundance of sunshine, though lately the winery has been looking to develop some of its premium wines into more classical styles reminiscent of the European wineries.
